This steeply sloping front garden needed to be made much more user friendly. The existing steps were all different shapes and sizes and the lawn wasn't the easiest to mow!
The solution was a new set of uniformly sized steps with a landing halfway up and the addition of a handrail. Oak sleepers were used to construct the terracing and to build a retaining wall to the right of the steps.
The low maintenance planting includes lavenders, pittosporum, ornamental grasses, verbena bonariensis and star jasmine.
